Ticket details for Town’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest on Friday, 23 October, can now be confirmed.

The fixture at Portman Road kicks off at 8pm and ‘Grade B’ prices will apply for this fixture.

\n

The ballot for this fixture will open from 12pm on Tuesday, 22 September, before closing for entries at 12pm on Wednesday, 23 September.

\n

Following the introduction of single sign-on across all club digital outlets, supporters should note that it is strongly recommended that you ensure you can login to your account prior to sales commencing. To read more on single sign-on please click here.

Sales windows for all Premier League home games this season will begin with a ballot stage. Non-season ticket holder members for 26/27, that also held membership for 25/26, will have the opportunity to secure tickets through the ballot - ahead of tickets going on sale to members more widely.

Supporters who have been successful in the ballot will be notified via email by 5pm on Thursday, 24 September.

\n

Successful applicants will also be able to see they have been successful via their ticketing account. This will display within, ‘Personal Details’, under ‘My Profile’ located above supporters’ ‘Full Name’. Those who have not been successful will not receive an email and will not have anything located within their online profile. 

\n

Sales for those supporters who have been successful in the ballot will then commence from Friday, 25 September.

\n

Supporters who are not successful within the ballot can continue to try and purchase tickets from Monday, 28 September, at 10am.

All priority sales dates are one ticket per 26/27 membership/season ticket.

\n

Please note: Sales will cease at 6am the following day after sales commence (including weekends) before sales resume at the next level of priority (where applicable). Where a priority changes over at 3pm, sales will cease at 2pm prior to the change of priority.

\n

Supporters should note that if they have already been eligible to purchase, and have not, they will continue to be able to buy throughout the remaining priority windows when each window opens. This will be the process ahead of and during each window.

\n

In the event that tickets remain in the run up to the fixture, the club reserve the right to lower the qualifying threshold. The current level of priority will be displayed on the event on the ticketing website.

To be able to click ‘ADD TO BASKET’ on the event, you must be logged into an eligible account. If you are not, you will either not see the event or will only see the ‘COMING SOON’ option. 

\n

Prior to sales commencing, there are a few changes that supporters will need to be aware of relating to how they purchase their tickets due to the high demand in place. In line with the club’s Ticket Touting Policy, all ticket purchases must be purchased in the name of those members attending. With this, we will now be restricting all ticket purchases to only be able to purchase the relevant price type applicable to your age. For example, if you are 30-years-old, you will only be able to purchase an ‘Adult’ ticket and not an ‘U23’ ticket. To purchase a ticket of a different price type, you would need to ensure this was assigned to the individual eligible to that price type.

\n

Supporters attempting to purchase online at tickets.itfc.co.uk are advised that a queueing system will be in place on the website to help manage the demand for tickets.

\n

Due to demand, we strongly recommend purchasing online rather than in person from the club shop. Planet Blue will only be able to select available seats and will have the same selection of seats as those purchasing via the website.

\n

No U14s will be permitted into the stadium without a parent/guardian (18+).

The resale platform will go live when the ballot opens, therefore for this fixture from 12pm on Tuesday, 22  September, with tickets placed for resale then released from Friday, 25 September, at 10am. Any tickets listed after this time will be immediately available for supporters to purchase rather than the usual bulk release a few days ahead of the fixture. With the above in mind, ensure you are unable to attend prior to listing your seat for resale. If you list your seat and it sells, you will be unable to claim it back and will be required to purchase a ticket for the fixture.

\n

The deadline for season ticket holders to list their seat for resale is 6.30pm on matchday (Friday, 23 October).

\n

Supporters are reminded that the only official platform to purchase tickets for Town matches is tickets.itfc.co.uk or in person at our Planet Blue Superstore.

\n

Supporters should not under any circumstances purchase tickets from any unauthorised sale or resale platforms. Anyone who purchases from third parties does so at their own risk.

\n

Any available seats from the resale platform will initially be available to those supporters who were previously eligible to purchase up to and including the stage at which the fixture sold out, with any further sales dates released in due course subject to availability. 

\n

Supporters who have purchased and are no longer able to attend the fixture, will be able to claim a full refund by notifying the ticket office or visiting the club shop in person up until kick-off on Friday, 23 October.

Upon purchase, tickets will be emailed to the address on file for the buyer.

In line with Premier League regulations, print at home tickets and physical tickets are no longer offered.

To purchase online, supporters should navigate to tickets.itfc.co.uk and sign in to their digital account.

Accessing your digital account

\n

If you are registering a digital account, please ensure that the details you enter match your ticketing account – specifically, first name, surname and email address.  If there are any differences between the two accounts, they will fail to link. 

\n

Names must match. For Example, Samuel and samuel will link (not case sensitive); ‘Sam’ or just using the initial ‘S’ will not.

\n

If your ticketing account has failed to link successfully to your digital account, please contact the ticket office to resolve.

\n

As usual, once successfully signed in, supporters will be able to assign tickets to anyone linked as friend/family.
